The Adelaide Hills are notorious for producing delicious apples, and McLaren Vale of course is known for producing quality wine grapes. It is for this reason the Scarpantoni brothers decided to create this delicious new product that combined the two areas.
Since its initial release in 2011, Grapple has been extremely popular, with most vintages selling out before the next release, and is a sure point of difference for Oxenberry Farm.
Served best chilled with a generous helping of ice, as an aperitif, or paired with Indian style curries. If you’re feeling creative, the cider can also be turned into a wine cocktail.
