THE WINE

The Chardonnay grapes for this wine were grown in McLaren Flat. Showcasing plenty of white peach/stone fruit aromas, and a subtle creamy biscuit-like character carrying through to a full, refreshing palate. Pinot Noir hails from our more coastal vineyard where it sits elevated and sheltered from the late afternoon sun giving this sparkling delicate rose florals. Chilled in a bucket of ice and enjoyed on warmer days – it is the ultimate guilt-free bubbles.

Extremely versatile with its pairing ability, it is best served with creamy seafood dishes and crisp green salads.
